Psişik belirtilerle ortaya çıkan kompleks parsiyel nöbetlere ilişkin bir olgu sunumu

Temporal lob epilepsisinin bulgusu olarak insanları hayvanlara benzetme şeklinde yapılanmış varsanıları olan, psişik belirtilerle seyreden bir kompleks parsiyel epilepsi olgusu sunulmuştur. Çocukluk çağında iktal bulgu olarak bu tür bir psişik fenomen daha önce bildirilmemiştir. Bu belirtinin taraf seçmesinin değeri araştırılmalıdır.

A case report of psychic symptomatology associated with complex partial seizures

A case of complex partial epilepsy with psychic signs including structured hallucinations such as associating humans with animals is presented. Such a psychic phenomenon has not been reported previously. The lateralizing value of this symptom should be investigated.
