Ocak 1987 Aralık 1991 tarihleri arasında akut idiopatik trombositopenik purpura İTP tanısı konulmuş 62 olgu klinik laboratuvar bulguları tedavi ve sonuçlan bakımından retrospektif olarak incelendi nbsp; Erkek kız oranı 23:1 en çok görüldüğü yaş 33 9 oranı ile 4 6 yaş mevsimsel dağılımı 68 olgu ile ilkbahardı Olguların 39 unun anamnezinde geçirilmiş üst solunum yolu enfeksiyonu ÜSYE hikayesi mevcuttu En çok gözlenen klinik bulgular purpura 100 epistaksis 29 diş eti kanaması 19 4 idi Hb lt;8 gr dl 8 1 Hct lt; 25 11 3 trombosit lt; 20 000 mm3 8 1 olan olgularda hematemez melena diğer cilt ve mukoza kanamaları ile birlikte gözlendi Spontan remisyon 54 8 kortikosteroid kullanılması 37 1 kortikosteoride tam cevap ise bunların 60 9 unda tespit edildi İntravenöz immunoglobulin verilen 5 8 1 olgudan üçünde tam düzelme 2 olguda rölaps oldu Hiçbir olguda akut dönemde splenektomi yapılmadı Sadece 3 olgu kronikleşti Anahtar kelimeler: İdiopatik Trombositopenik Purpura Akut Trombositopeni
