Akut A ve B hepatiti seyrinde humoral ve hücresel immün sistemdeki değişiklikleri araştırmak amacıyla 10 akut B hepatitli 20 akut A hepatitli ve 10 sağlıklı çocukta serum IgG IgM IgA düzeyleri spontan rozet sayısı EAC rozet sayısı DNCB 1 2 ve PHA geç aşırı deri duyarlılığı testleri değerlendirildi Kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırıldığında A hepatitli grupta IgG IgM ve IgA değerleri p lt;0 001 p lt;0 001 p lt;0 05 kontrol grubuna göre B hepatitli grupta ise IgG ve IgM düzeyleri p lt;0 05 p lt;0 05 anlamlı olarak yüksek bulundu Her iki hasta grubu karşılaştırıldığında ise hepatit A grubunda IgM değerleri anlamlı olarak yüksek bulundu p lt;0 001 Spontan rozet ve EAC rozet sayısı her iki hepatitli grupta kontrol grubuna kıyasla anlamlı olarak düşük bulundu p lt;0 01 p lt;0 01 Geç aşırı deri duyarlılığı testlerinde ise hasta ve kontrol grupları arasında farklılık tesbit edilmedi Sonuç olarak A ve B hepatitinin seyrinde hücresel ve hümoral immün sistemin aktive olduğu ancak bu iki farklı virüs hepatitinde immün sistemde araştırılan parametrelerde bir farklılık olmadığı saptandı Anahtar kelimeler: Akut A Hepatiti Akut B Hepatiti Humoral İmmün Sistem Hücresel İmmün Sistem

In order to investigate the changes in humoral and cellular immune system in the course of hepatitis A and B we studied serum IgG IgM IgA spontaneous rosette numbers EAC rosette numbers DNCB 1 2 and PHA delayed skin sensitivity reactions in 20 cases of hepatitis A 10 cases of hepatitis B and 10 control cases The values of IgG IgM and in hepatitis A p lt;0 001 p lt;0 001 p lt;0 05 and of IgG and IgM in hepatitis B p lt;0 05 p lt;0 1 were found significantly higher than those in the control group The value of IgM in children with hepatitis A was found significantly higher than in those with hepatitis B p lt;0 001 nbsp; Spontaneous rosette and EAC rosette numbers were found significantly lower in both groups of hepatitis A and B p lt;0 01 p lt;0 01 Delayed skin sensitivity reactions were not different in both groups of hepatitis and the control group Humoral and cellular immune system are activated during hepatitis A and hepatitis B infections but our data suggest that there is no significant difference between hepatitis A and B according to the humoral and cellular immune system parameters in our cases Key words: Hepatitis A Hepatitis B Humoral Immune System Cellular Immune System
