İlk Uluslararası Belge Yönetim Standardı: Ülkemiz Açısından Bir Değerlendirme

Bu çalışmada, belge yönetimi için ilk uluslararası standart plan ISO 15489'un hazırlık çalışmaları,içeriği ve belge yönetimine kazandırdığı yeni boyut irdelenerek, arşiv yönetimi ile ilişkisi açıklanmıştır. Standardın ülkemiz belge ve arşiv yönetimi uygulamalarına sağlayacağı katkılar üzerinde durulmuş ve yapılması gerekenler konusunda önerilere yer verilmiştir.

The First International Records Management Standart: A Point of View

In this work, The First Internatonal Records Management Standart ISO 15489 for the use of records management is examined in regard to its preparatory studies, its content, and its relation and contribution to archive management. In adition to these, the provisions of the standard that can contribute to handling of Turkish records are mentioned and recommendations are offered f or steps to be taken.
