Halk Sağlığı Açısından Hijyen Ve İyi Üretim Uygulamaları

Küreselleşme ile birlikte sağlık, ilaç ve gıda sektörlerinde kaliteli, hijyen kurallarına uygun hizmet ve ürün sunulması giderek önem kazanmıştır. Böylece, halk sağlığı açısından da önemli olan kalite kontrol ve belgelendirme sistemlerinde değişme ihtiyacı doğmuştur. Günümüzde özellikle sağlık sektöründe yer alan birçok kurum ve kuruluş, çalışma sistemlerine kolaylıkla adapte edilebilen, gelişmiş kalite-hijyen kontrol yöntemlerini ve belgeleme sistemlerini içeren “İyi Üretim Uygulamaları İÜU ”nı tercih etmektedir. İÜU’nın ilk kullanıldığı alan gıda sektörü olup, hijyen ve kalite yönetimine ilişkin uygulamaları içermektedir. Son yıllarda insan sağlığının korunması bilinci, her türlü mal ve hizmetin üretim aşamalarına da yansımaya başlamıştır. Sonuç olarak, İÜU zamanla farklı sektörlerde de kullanılmaya başlanmış ve uluslararası ticarette aranan bir referans olmuştur. Bu derlemenin amacı, halk sağlığının korunmasında İÜU’nın önemi ve kapsamı hakkında bilgi vermek ve değişik sektörlerdeki kullanım alanlarını incelemektir

Hygiene and good manufacturing practice in terms of public health

With globalization, presenting service and product which have good quality and conformity with hygienic regulations, have become more important in health, pharmacy and food sectors. That’s why the quality control and documentation systems which are also considerable in terms of public health, were about to change. Today, lots of companies especially in health sector, prefer “Good Manufacturing Practices GMP ”- including a developed quality-hygiene control and documentation method - that they can easily adapt to their operation system. Food industry is the first application area and contains hygiene and quality management systems. In recent years, conscious of prevention of human health started to reflect on every stages of production of goods and services. In conclusion, GMP came into use in different sectors and demanded in international business trade as a reference. The aim of this review is to present some information about importance and concept of GMP to prevent of public health and to examine its use of areas in various sectors
