Aortic coarctation is about 5-8% of all congenital cardiac diseases, and combinations with other cardiac anomalies are commonly seen. Bicuspid aortic valve is the most freguent combination. In this report, a thirty-year old asympthomatic patient having an aneurysm of the ascending aorta, an aortic coarctation and a bicuspid aortic valve with systolic dysfunction was presented. At first, the patient was taken to surgery for aortic coarctation, and as a second stage treatment of aneurysm of the ascending aorta and bicuspıd aortic valve was planned. Defining the importance of the decision for determining the strategy and pirority of surgical approach was armed. ">
