Yaşlılarda oturmadan ayağa kalkma aktivitesinin motor stratejilerinin incelenmesi

Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı, yaşlı bireylerin oturmadan ayağa kalkma aktivitesindeki motor stratejilerinin genç bireylerden farkını incelemekti. Gereç ve yöntem: Yetmiş beş yaş üzeri 55 sağlıklı yaşlı birey (35 Kadın ve 20 Erkek) çalışmaya katıldı. Yaş, cinsiyet, vücut ağırlığı, boy uzunluğu, beden kütle indeksi ve dominant ekstremite bilgileri kaydedildi. Oturmadan ayağa kalkma testi Balance Master Sistemi ile değerlendirildi ve ağırlık aktarma süresi, ayağa kalkma indeksi, postural salınım derecesi, ağırlık taşıma simetrisi ölçüldü. Sonuçlar: Yaşlı ve genç bireylerin verileri karşılaştırıldığında yaşlı bireyler daha düşük ayağa kalkma indeksi gösterdiler (p
