Tip 2 diyabetik nöropatide denge eğitiminin postüral stabilite ve yürüyü e etkisi

Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı periferik nöropatisi olan diyabetik olgularda görsel destekli denge eğitiminin postüral stabiliteye ve yürüyüşe olan etkisini araştırmaktır. Yöntem: Periferik nöropatisi olan 20 diyabetik birey çalışma grubuna, benzer yaş, boy ve vücut ağırlığına sahip 20 sağlıklı birey de kontrol grubuna alındı. Çalışma grubuna katılan olgularda eğitim öncesi ve sonrasında koruyucu duyu ve vibrasyon algı eşiği değerlendirmesi, bacak kas kuvveti ölçümleri yapıldı. Hastaların postüral stabilitelerini değerlendiren statik ve dinamik dengelerine ait unilateral denge testi, stabilite limiti testi, normal yürüme testi çalışma grubunda eğitim öncesi ve sonrasında tekrarlanırken, kontrol grubu oluşturan olgularda bu değerlendirme bir kez yapıldı. Değerlendirmeler tamamlandıktan sonra çalışma grubunu oluşturan olgulara denge eğitimi programı 3 hafta boyunca bireysel olarak uygulandı. Denge eğitimi sonrası değerlendirme sonuçları grup içi ve gruplar arası karşılaştırıldı. Sonuçlar: Bireylerin eğitim öncesi ve sonrası değerlendirme sonuçlarına göre, koruyucu duyu, bacak kas kuvveti, unilateral duruş, stabilite limitleri ve normal yürüme testlerinde iyileşmeler olduğu görüldü (p
