Thromboanjitis obliterans nedeni ile ampute olan hastalarda farklı fizyoterapi yaklaşımlarının karşılaştırılması

Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı, tromboanjitis obliterans (TAO) nedeni ile ampute olmuş hastalarda, 3 farklı fizyoterapi yaklaşımının etkisini karşılaştırmaktı. Gereç ve yöntem: Bu çalışma alt ekstremite amputasyonu olan 34 olgu ile gerçekleştirildi. Amputeler protezleri yapıldıktan sonra 3 gruba ayrıldılar. Grup 1’e (N=12) Konnektif doku manipulasyonu (KDM), egzersiz ve protez eğitimi, Grup 2’ye (N=12) enterferansiyel akım (EA), egzersiz ve protez eğitimi verildi. Grup 3’e (N=10) ise sadece egzersiz ve protez eğitimi uygulandı. Duyu, deri ısısı, Intermitant Klaudikasyo (IK) mesafesi ve süresi, yürüyüş parametreleri ve ambulasyon aktiviteleri tedavi öncesi ve sonrası değerlendirildi. Sonuçlar: Tüm gruplarda tedavi öncesi ve sonrası tüm parametrelerde iyileşme elde edildi (p0.05). Tartışma: Sonuç olarak, KDM, EA ve egzersiz programlarının tromboanjitis obliterans nedeni ile amputeolan hastaların rehabilitasyonunda etkili olduğu söylenebilir
