Kronik bel ağrısında farklı bel sağlığı eğitimlerinin korku kaçınma inanışları ve aktivite performansına etkileri

Amaç: Çalışmamızın amacı kronik bel ağrılı hastalarda üç farklı bel sağlığı eğitimi yönteminin korku kaçınma inanışları ve aktivite performansı üzerine olan etkilerini karşılaştırmaktı. Yöntem: Çalışmaya 60 kronik bel ağrılı hasta dahil edildi. Hastalar basit rastgele yöntemle 3 gruba ayrıldı. 1. gruptaki hastalara 2 seanslık bel sağlığı eğitimi (eğitim grubu), 2. gruptaki hastalara ayrıntılı bir bel ağrısı eğitim kitapçığı (kitapçık grubu) ve 3. gruptaki hastalara ise sözel olarak fizyoterapi rehabilitasyon seansları sonrasında tavsiye verildi (tavsiye grubu). Hastaların korku kaçınma tutumlarını değerlendirmek için Korku Kaçınma İnanışları Anketi kullanıldı. Hastaların aktivite limitasyonları Oswestry Bel Ağrısı Anketi ile, aktivite performansları ve tatminleri Kanada Aktivite Performans Değerlendirmesi ile değerlendirildi.
