Hipopigmente Mikozis Fungoides+

Hipopigmente mikozis fungoides mikozis fungoidesin nadir bir tipidir. Bu tip, erken yaşta başlaması, esmer veya koyu ten rengi olan kişilerde görülmesi ve tedaviye iyi yanıt vermesi ile karakterizedir. Burada, tanısı histopatolojik olarak doğrulanan hipopigmente mikozis fungoidesli 41 yaşında bir olgu sunduk. Haftada üç kez PUVA ile tedavi edilen hastanın lezyonları, dört ay içinde kayboldu. Hypopigmented Mycosis Fungoides

Hypopigmented mycosis fungoides is a rare variant of mycosis fungoides. This variant is characterized by early onset, occurence in dark-skinned individuals and good response to therapy. Herein we report a 41-year-old patient with hypopigmented mycosis fungoides. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis. The patient was treated with PUVA three times a week, and his lesions disappeared within four months. Key words: Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, Mycosis fungoides, Hypopigmented mycosis fungoides.
