Doğumla Sonuçlanan Baba-Kız Ensesti: Olgu Sunumu

Amacımız ensest ilişki sonucu oluşan gebelik ve doğumların, mağdur ergen anne ve yeni doğan çocuk üzerinde yıkıcı etkilerine dikkat çekmek ve sağlık çalışanlarının duyarlılığını arttırmaktır. Babası tarafından tecavüze uğrayıp gebe kalarak çocuk dünyaya getiren 17 yaşında ensest mağduru kız çocuk olgusu sunuldu. Aile hekimleri, pediatri uzmanları ve öğretmenler, ensesti ilk fark edecek olan kişiler olmalıdır. Anahtar Sözcükler: Ensest; Ergen Gebeliği; Çocuk İstismarı; Adli Tıp.

Birth as a Result of Father-Daughter Incest: A Case Report

Our aim is to take attention on pregnancies and births resulted from incestuous relationships, and its devastating effects on victimized adolescent mother and child, also to increase the awareness of health care workers. Seventeen-year-old girl is presented as a case that who had raped by her father. Incest should be noticed firstly by family physicians, pediatrists and teachers.
