TIP EĞİTİMİNDE “MENTORLUK” VE “ROL MODELLİĞİ” KAVRAMLARI

Mentorluk ve rol modelliği mezuniyet öncesi ve mezuniyet sonrası tıp eğitiminde “öğrenen” açısından gereksinim duyulan iki önemli yaklaşımdır. Birbirinden farklı kavramlar olmakla birlikte, bu iki yaklaşımın ortak noktaları da bulunmaktadır. Mezuniyet öncesi ve sonrası tıp eğitiminin nitelik açısından geliştirilebilmesi için mentorluk ve rol modelliği kavramlarının öğrenme sürecinde karşılık bulması gerekmektedir. Bu yazıda, her iki kavramın içerikleri ve eğitimdeki rolleri tartışılmıştır.

Mentorship” and “Rol Model” Concerns in Medical Training

Mentorship and role model approaches are two basic concerns in both undergraduate and postgraduate medical training which is required by the trainee. Although they are two different concerns, they have a number of issues in common. In regard to improve the under and postgraduate medical training, these two concerns should be recruited in practical learning process. In this manuscript, mentorship and role model concerns and their role in medical training have been discussed.
