Tıp Eğitiminin istenilen düzeyde olmasının gerekli koşullarından biri doğru ve yeterli program değerlendirmenin yapılabilmesidir. Bu çalışmada Pamukkale Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde eğitim programına yönelik olarak yapılan program değerlendirme çalışmaları, yöntemleri ve sonuçları bildirilmektedir. Deneyimlerimiz, tıp eğitiminin dinamizmine uygun idari ve akademik yapılanma ile birlikte gerek öğrencilerin gerekse eğiticilerin uygulanan eğitim sisteminin geliştirilmesine yönelik motivasyonlarının sistemin başarısını sağlayan en önemli unsurlar olduğu ortaya koymaktadır.

One of the requirements of a medical education system of high quality is an adequate evaluation of the programme. This report describes the activities and the results of the programme evaluation studies at the Medical Faculty of Pamukkale University.
