Sfenoid sinüs multipl miyelomu: Olgu sunumu
Baş-boyun bölgesi plazma hücreli neoplazmları ke- miğin ekstramedüller plazmositomu, kemiğin soliter plazmositomu veya multipl miyelomun lokal tutulu- mu olabilir. Dört gündür çift görme yakınmasıyla baş- vuran 70 yaşında erkek hasta kliniğimizde değerlen- dirildi. Hastanın manyetik rezonans görüntülemesin- de sfenoid sinüste yumuşak doku kitlesi saptandı. Biyopsi sonucu multipl miyelom tanısı kondu. Multip- le miyeloma yönelik tıbbi tedavi uygulanan hasta bir yıl sonra kaybedildi

Multiple myeloma of the sphenoid sinüs: a case report
Plasma celi neoplasms of the head and neck region can be extramedullary plasmacytoma of the bone, solitary plasmacytoma of the bone, and local manifes- tations of multiple myeloma. A 70-year-old male patient was admitted to our hospital with diplopia of four-day history. Magnetic resonance imaging showed soft tissue in the sphenoid sinüs. Endoscopic biopsy was taken from the sphenoid sinüs, which revealed multiple myeloma. Despite medical therapy for multi ple myeloma, the patient died after a year.
