Nazal dorsal kist: Olgu sunumu
Nazal dorsal müköz kistler başta nazal dorsum olmak üzere, burnun diğer kısımlarında cilt altı dokuda görülebilen, rinoplastinin nadir ve geç bir komplikasyonudur. Etyolojisinde subkutan dokunun migrasyonu veya ekilmesi rol oynar. Bu kistlerin oluşumunun engellenmesinde mukozal bütünlüğün korunması çok önemlidir. Tedavide kist cidarı ile birlikte cerrahi olarak total eksize edilir. Cerrahi eksizyona rağmen nadiren nüks görülebilmektedir. Bu makalede, rinoplasti sonrası üçüncü yılında nazal dorsal bölgede kistik lezyon gelişen ve cerrahi eksizyon sonrası birinci yılında nüks görülen 38 yaşında bir kadın olgu sunuldu

A nasal dorsal cyst: a case report
Nasal dorsal mucous cysts are rare and late complications of rhinoplasty, which can be seen subcutaneously in any parts of the nose, particularly in the nasal dorsum. The migration and implantation of the subcutaneous tissue play a role in the etiology. Preserving the mucosal integrity is of utmost importance to avoid the formation of these cysts. Treatment consists of total surgical excision of the cyst with its wall. Recurrence can be rarely seen, despite surgical excision. In this article, we report a 38-year-old female patient with a cystic lesion in the nasal dorsum three years after rhinoplasty and recurrence one year after surgical excision.
