TERMOFİKSAJ İŞLEM PARAMETRELERİNİN GİPE İPLİK KULLANILARAK ÜRETİLMİŞ ÖRME KUMAŞLARDA ESNEKLİK VE BOYUTSAL KARARLILIĞA ETKİSİ

Bu çalışmada, gipe iplik kullanılarak üretilmiş viskon örme kumaşların termofiksaj işlemi öncesi ve sonrası esneklik, kalıcı uzama ve yıkama sonrası çekme özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda, endüstriyel ölçekli uygulanan termofiksaj işlemindeki sıcaklık, hız ve avans gibi parametrelerin etkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçlar, işlem hızının kumaş özelliklerine belirgin bir etkisi olmadığını; diğer yandan sıcaklık ve avans değerlerinin kumaşların esneklik ve boyutsal değişimini önemli oranda etkilediğini göstermiştir. Bu sonuçlardan hareketle, sıcaklık ve avansın arttırılması ile iyi bir esneme yeteneğinin yanı sıra yüksek boyutsal kararlılık sağlanabileceği belirlenmiştir.

EFFECT OF THERMOSETTING PROCESS PARAMETERS ON EXTENSIBILITY AND DIMENSIONAL STABILITY OF VISCOSE/ELASTAN KNITTED FABRICS

In this study, the extensibility, permanent elongation and shrinkage properties of the viscose knitted fabrics including covered elastane before and after the thermosetting process were investigated. In this context, the effects of thermosetting parameters such as temperature, speed and overfeeding were revealed in industrial scale. The results showed that the process speed had not a significant effect on fabric properties; on the other hand, the temperature and the overfeeding values significantly affected the extensibility and dimensional stability of the fabrics. From these results, it was determined that by increasing the temperature and the overfeeding, it is possible to provide a good stretchability as well as high dimensional stability.
