KAPLAMA VE EMDİRME APLİKASYON YÖNTEMLERİNİN KOMBİNASYONU İLE ÜRETİLEN MELEZ KUMAŞLARIN PERFORMANS ÖZELLİKLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Siirekli degigen insan ihtiyaqlm, tekstil sektoriinii de bu ihtiyaqlm kargilama do@-ultusunda qaligmalara yoneltmigtir. Ozellikle bir kumaga ayni anda birden fazla ozelligi kazandmp, kullanim yerine gore fonksiyonellik katmak siiregelen deneysel qaligmalarin qomu olugturmaktadir. Bu qaligmada, uygulamada melez olarak adlandmlan, kumagin on ve arka yiizii farkli ozelliklere sahip olan dokuma ve orme kumaglar iizerine bir deneysel qaligma yiiriitiilmiigtiir. Bu tip bir kumagi elde etmek iqin kumagm on ve arka yiiziine farkli aplikasyon teknikleri ile terbiye maddesi aktanlrmgtir. Caligma sonunda kumaglam performanslarini olqmek iqin qegitli fiziksel ve kimyasal testler uygulanmigtir. Yapilan incelemede kumagm on yiiz su geqirgenligi diigiiriilerek, her iki yiizii farkli ozellige sahip kumag elde edilebilecegi, iiretilen bu kumagm ustiin performansa sahip olabilecegi belirlenmigtir. Bu amaca yonelik olarak hidrofilite, su iticilik ve antibakteriyel-antifungal ozellikleri, kumaglara kazandinlabilen fonksiyonel ozellikler olarak belirlenmigtir. 

THE DETERMINATION OF THE PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES OF THE HYBRID FABRICS PRODUCED BY COMBINATION OF THE COATING AND PAD APPLICATION METHODS

The human demands changed continuous destined the textile industry to developed new studies in order to satisfl them. Especially, in order to distinguish some properties to the textile fabric and add functional performances depending on usage area compose the most of the continued experimental study. In the study, we carried out an experimental study about woven and knitted fabrics whose front and back side have different properties and could be named as hybrid. We applied the finishing agent to the front and back side of the fabric using different application techniques in order to obtain this kind of fabric. At the end of the study, we applied some physical and chemical tests in order to measure the performances of the specimens. It was found out that the fabric whose the each side had different properties with the help of water absorbance decrease on the front size of the fabric and determined that this kind of fabric could have better performance than others. The water repellency, hydrophility and antibacterial-antifungal performances are determined as functional properties gained to the fabrics.
