Till to day, Turkish textile ond confection industry that followed a dynamic development process had attained to the important export item over the two billion dollars last yeor. although The West European Countries had continued the one-sided quotas and protective opplicotions, this growth rote had been going on its development increasingly. But there are some problems need to be solved in front of the Turkish teatile ond confection industry to be able to make continue this growth rote and be able to strengthen in the world markets more and more. For being solving of these problems in which both notional and international character, it is possible to take short and long term measures to these problems and measures which have been given placed in this paper summarily.
