Buydntemlerin drnek uygulamalarla ue deneysel bulgularla irdelemeleri yapzlarak kullan~labilirlikleri aragt~rzlm~g, konuya zpk tutacak onemli noktalar vurgulanmtgtr.  

In this article, the existing literature relating thiprediction of fabric contractions for the structural design of woven fabrics has been reviewed and certain methods that can be applied in practice have been explained. The practical merit of these methods has been examined by testing them thmugh exemplary applications and certain experimental findings, and important points that will throw light on the subject have been noted.
