Bu makalede "yalın üretim"in temel kavramlarından biri olan takt zamanın ne olduğu ve nasıl kullanıldığı hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir. Takt zaman kavramının konfeksiyon sektöründeki kullanımı örnekle açıklanmış ve işletmelere getirdiği avantajlara değinilmiştir.

Takt time in production

In this paper, general information about description and usage of takt time which is one of the main concepts of lean production is given. Conception of takt time in apparel industry is clarified via examples and advantages of takt time for enterprises are mentioned.
