Bu çalışmada PET ipliklerinin yalancı büküm tekstüre yöntemi ile tekstüre edilirken ısı set değerlerinin proses stabilitesi ve iplik özelliklerine etkisi üzerine değinilmiştir. Öncelikle PET ipliğin ısıl davranışlarına konsantre olunmuş ve bu faktörler DupontSA/Adana'da yapılan ısı denemeleriyle ortaya çıkan ısısal değişim-gerginlik ve ısısal değişim-fiziksel özellikler değişimi sonuçlarına göre değerlendirilmiştir. Bu amaçla farklı ısı set değerlerinde PET iplik numuneleri yapılarak deneysel ortaya konulmuştur. Bu çalışma ile hedeflenen ana amaç, tekstüre prosesindeki stabiliteye ısının etkisini ortaya koymak ve optimizasyon açısından iyi sonuçlar verecek yaklaşımları elde edebilmektir.

In this study, the heater temperature that effect the performance of the product on poliester yarn promotion by false twist texturing method and that of the process stability was evaluated Firstly it was concentrated on thermal treatment of PET yarn, and the factors were evaluated according to that-tension and heat-product performance results. Therefore, the experimental results were brought out by producing PET yarn specimens. Through this work, the main goal was to point out the effect of the heater temperature on the process stability and having the best approaching for optimization purpose.
