Çeşitli protein liflerinin doğal boyalarla (Adaçayı ve Sumak) boyanması üzerine proteaz enzimi ile ön işlemin etkisi

Bu çalışmada üç farklı protein esaslı tekstil materyali ( koyun ve Ankara tavşanı yünü ile ipek) doğal boyalarla (adaçayı ve sumak) boyanmış ve bunların boyanma özellikleri üzerine proteaz enziminin etkisi araştırılmıştır. Deneysel sonuçlara göre, protein esaslı bu liflerin, hem sumak hem adaçayı ile düzgün bir şekilde boyanabileceği görülmüştür ve sumak ile yapılan boyamaların gerek ışık gerekse yıkama haslıklarının oldukça yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunun ötesinde boyama öncesi enzimatik işlemin ipek liflerinin boyama sonuçları üzerine önemli bir etkisinin olmadığı, ancak koyun ve özellikle angora yününden boyanmış numunelerin renk veriminin boyama öncesi enzimatik işlemle arttığı bulunmuştur.

Effect sof pretreatment with proteases on dyeing properties of different types of protein fibers with natural dyes (Sage and Sumac)

In this research three different protein based textile materials (sheep wool, Angora rabbit wool and silk) have been dyed with natural dyes (sage and sumac) and the effect of protease enzyme on their dyeing properties with these herbs was investigated. According to the experimental results, it is observed that these protein based fibers can be dyed evenly both with sage and sumac and for sumac, it is observed that light and washing fastnesses of dyed samples are fairly good. Furthermore it is found that the enzymatic treatment before dyeing doesn't have important effect on the dyeing results of silk, but for sheep and especially angora wool the color yield of dyed samples are increased with the enzymatic treatment before dyeing.
