Üç görünüşü verilen prizmatik parça çizimlerinden 3B' lu katı modellerin elde edilmesi

Bu çalışmada, 2B'lu çizimlerden otomatik olarak 3B'lu katı modellerin elde edilmesi için bir program geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen program kullanıcı tarafından AutoCAD ortamında oluşturulan 2B'lu prizmatik parçaların görünüşlerini DXF formatında kaydederek bir veri tabanı oluşturmaktadır. Çizime ait geometrik bilgiler program tarafından yorumlanarak prizmatik parça üzerindeki unsurlar (delik, cep, vb.) dönel ve lineer süpürme operasyonları ile oluşturulmaktadır. Aynı zamanda görünüşlerin dış profil çizgileri komşu görünüşlerdeki bilgiye göre lineer süpürme operasyonu ile süpürülmektedir. Bu süpürülen katılardan önceden oluşturulmuş unsurlar çıkarılmaktadır. Son olarak bu katılar bir araya getirilerek 3B'lu katı modeller elde edilmektedir. Programlama dili olarak VisualLISP programlama dili kullanılmıştır.

Obtaining 3D solid models from drawings of prismatic parts with three orthographic views

In this study, a program for automatically reconstruction of 3D solid models from 2D drawings has been developed. Developed program generates a database, saving in DXF format of the orthographic views of 2D prismatic parts drawn by the user in AutoCAD. Having been evaluated the geometric information by the program, features (hole, pocket, etc.) in a prismatic part are obtained by rotational and linear sweeping operations. Contour of views also is extruded by linear sweeping operation according to the information in the neighbouring views. Features perviously generated are subtracted from this sweeping solids. Finally 3D solid models are obtained by combining of these solids. VisualLISP was used as a programming langauage.
