Ba?lanty rekoru imalatynda 11SMnPb37 otomat çeli?i kullanylmy?tyr. Bu malzeme kolay i?lenebilmesinden dolayy seçilmi?tir. Üretim açysyndan, orta karbonlu çeliklerin otomat çeliklerinin yerine kullanylyp kullanylamayaca?y ara?tyrylmy?tyr. Üretimde farkly ilerleme ve kesme hyzlary kullanylmy?tyr. Malzeme çe?idine göre kesme hyzy, ilerleme hyzy, yüzey pürüzlülü?ü, üretim süreleri ve yyllyk üretim adetleri hesaplanmy? ve birbirleri ile kar?yla?tyrylmy?tyr. Sonuç olarak; ilerleme hyzynyn artmasyyla, imalat sürelerinin azaldy?y ve yüzey pürüzlülü?ünün artty?y görülmü?tür. Ç1040 çeli?i kullanymynda takym ömrü azalyrken, yüzey kalitesi artmy?tyr. Malzemelere göre yyllyk üretim adetleri de?erlendirildi?inde ise, Ç1040 çeli?i kullanymynyn daha avantajly oldu?u tespit edilmi?tir.

CUTTING AND AUTO PROGESSING OF MEDIUM CARBON STEEL WITH SURFACE ROUGHNESS AND PRIDUCTION COST PARAMETER THE AS EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION

ABSTRACT In this study, it is aimed to manufacture the cheapest and the best quality fittings, used in automotive sector, in a shortest time. 11SMnPb37 free cutting steel has been used for production of the fittings. This material has been chosen because of its good machinability. It has been investigated whether medium carbon steel can be used instead of free cutting steel to manufacture the fittings. It has been carried out at various feed rates and cutting speeds in the fitting production. Depending on type of raw material used, cutting speed, feed rate, surface roughness, production period and quantity of annual production have been calculated and compared with each other. As a result, it has been found that the production period was shortened and surface roughness was increased with increasing feed rate. When C1040 steel was used, surface quality increased as tool life was decreasing. From the evaluation of annual production quantity depending on the type of material, it was also found that using C1040 steel has more advantages for production of the fittings.
