Bu çalışmanın amacı, Kuzey Doğu Anadolu Bölgesinde yetiştirilen Esmer x Doğu Anadolu Kırmızısı F1 melezi buzağıların sütten kesim yaşının düşürülme imkânlarını araştırmaktır.
