Law no. 9741, dated 21.05.2007, “On the Higher Education in the Republic of Albania” aims to bring a new vision in the regulation of higher education in Albania and is based on thestandards of the European Space of Higher Education. This also requires that higher education in Albania has to be of quality and contemporary so that it responds to the Albanian state’s integration processes. The article aims to demonstrate the legal framework of higher education through a critical analysis that it makes provisions for higher education law
