Bir fiziksel teori  doğada gözlenen bir veya birkaç olayı izah etmek için belli ve kesin varsayımlar altında gözlenen olayı matematiksel bir modelle izah etmektir. teori   olayları izah ettiği gibi daha önce gözlenmemiş olayları da öngörmelidir. Bir teorinin gücü onun çok sayıda gözlenen olayı izah etmesinden geçer.  Bu bakış açısı ile yeni dünya düzeni ve Türkiye’nin bu dünya düzeninde yerinin ne olacağı öngörülmeye çalışılmıştır.
