Early Open Heart Surgery In Infective Endocarditis With Ischemic Cerebrovascular Complication

Infective endocarditis is a clinical condition with high morbidity and mortality and the most predisposing factor is underlying valve disease. In this case, because of recurrent cerebral emboli developed in infective endocarditis with ischemic cerebrovascular event (SVO), early valve replacement was performed and the patient was discharged home after the patient was healthy.
