Dev rinolit: olgu sunumu

Rinolitler, burun boşluğunda yer alan taşlaşmış yabancı cisimlerdir. Burun tıkanıklığı, burun akıntısı vc kötü koku bu hastalardaki başlıca şikayetlerdir. Aileleri tarafından, ağız kokusu ve tekrarlayan burun akıntısı ve burun tıkanıklığı şikayetleriyle KBB polikliniğine başvuran hastanın muayenesinde, anterior rinoskopide sol nazal pasajı tamamen oblitere eden sert kitle görüldü. Lokal anestezi altında, anterior rinoskopi ve nazal endoskopik yaklaşımla dev rinolit çıkarıldı.

Giant rhinolith: a case report

Rhinoliths are calcified foreign bodies which lodged in the nose. Nasal obstruction, discharge and odor are main symptoms of these patients. The patient with halitosis and recurrent nasal discharge and nasal obstruction were applyed our department. On examination, anterior rhinoscopy revealed masses lodged between the septum and the inferior turbinate in left nasal cavities of the patients. Under local anesthesia, anterior rhinoscopy and nasal endoscopic approach was rhinolith giant.
