Viral hemorajik septisemi virusu ve infeksiyöz hematopoetik nekrozis virusu'nun moleküler epidemiyolojisi
Viral balık hastalıklarından Viral Hemorajik Septisemi (VHS) ve İnfeksiyöz Hematopoetik Nekrozis (IHN) balıklarda yüksek oranda ölümlere yol açarak önemli ekonomik kayıplara neden olmaktadır. Bu derlemede, Viral Hemorajik Septisemi Virüsü (VHSV) ve İnfeksiyöz Hematopoetik Nekrozis-Virüsü (IHNV) suşlarının Glukoprotein-ve Nonvirionprotein (G-ve NV) genlerinin Reverse Transkriptaz-Polimerase Zincir Reaksiyon (RT-PCR) yöntemi ile amplifikasyonu, G-ve NV genlerinin genler arasındaki bölgeyi kapsayan komplementer-Desoksiribonukleikasit (cDNA)'in dizi analizi ve bu viral suşlar arasındaki akrabalığın saptanması yöntemlerine ait temel prensipler sunulmuştur.
Moleculer epidemiology of viral heamorrhagic septicaemia virus and infectious haematopoetic necrosis virus
Viral Haemorrhagic Septicaemia (VHS) and Infectious Haematopoetic Necrosis (IHN) are among viral diseases causing high fish mortality and thus economic losses in aquaculture. The main principles of amplification of G-and NV genes of VHSV and IHNV strains by RT-PCR, sequencing of these G-and NV gene cDNA including the intergenic region and the analysis of the relationship between viral strains are presented in this article.
