Sarıkuyruk istavrit (Trachurus mediterraneus Steindachner, 1868) ovaryumun mikroskopik özellikleri

Sarıkuyruk istavrit ovaryumunun morfolojik yapısı ışık mikroskobu düzeyinde farklı fiksatif ve boyalarla incelendi. Cinsel olgunluktaki Sarıkuyruk İstavrit balıklarının ovaryumları, rutin işlemler uygulanarak blokiandı. Tespit çözeltileri olarak Bouin, % 10 Nötral Formalin ve boya olarak da Hematoksilen & Eosin, PAS seçildi. Sarıkuyruk istavrit ovaryumunun histolojik yapısı incelendiğinde farklı evrelerde oositler gözlenmişti. Primer büyüme evresindeki ovaryumlarda yoğun olarak perinükleer oositler izlenmişti. Oosit hacminde büyümeye bağlı olarak artma gözlenmişti. Bu evrede ki, oositleri içeren ovaryumlar çap olarak küçüktü. Gelişmiş kortikal alveolar evredeki oosit sitoplazmasının kortikal alveol ile dolu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Germinal vesikül genişlemiş ve düzensiz bir şekil almıştır. Vitellojenik evrede vitellüs birikimi nedeniyle oosit büyüklüğü artmıştır. Olgunlaşmış oosit evresinde nukleusun perifere doğru kaydığı gözlenmiştir. Atretik oositte nukleustaki kromatin deformasyonu ile birlikte vitellin zar yapısı da çözülmeye başlamıştır.

The structural characteristics of Sarıkuyruk istavrit fish ovarium are analyzed with different fixatives and stains in various phases of oogenesis in lightThe ovariums of Sarıkuyruk istavrit fishes of sexual maturity are blocked by routine operations. Bouin, Formalin and Zenker are used as fixing solutions, and as stain options H+E, PAS are chosen. The oocytes of Sarıkuyruk istavrit ovarium are observed in various phases. In the ovariums of first growth phase, intense perinuclear oocytes are found. A directly proportional increase in the oocyte volume with development is examined. In this phase, foilicule diameters were small. In developed cortical alveolar phase, oocyte cytoplasm was observed to be full of cortical alveoli. Nucleus was not grown up and was in an irregular shape. In Vitellogenic phase, oocyte size was increased.In mature oocyte phase, it was observed that the nucleus was shifted to perifer. In athretic oocyte, the vitelline membrane tissue started to disintegrate as the chromatin decayed.
