Direnç Egzersizleri Sonrası Sauna Uygulamalarının Ertelenmiş Kas Ağrısına Etkisi

Bu çalışmanın amacı akut maksimal egzersiz uygulayan bireylerin ertelenmiş kas ağrısı üzerine sauna uygulamalarının etkisini araştırmaktır. Çalışmaya haftada 2 gün ortalama 60 dakika fiziksel aktivite yapan, yaşları 18-24yaş arası 29 erkek spor bilimleri fakültesi öğrencisi alındı. Gönüllülere rastgele yöntemiyle kontrol grubu (15 kişi) ve uygulama grubu (14 kişi ) olmak üzere iki gruba ayrıldı. Gönüllülerin egzersiz aletlerinde bir kerede kaldırabilecekleri ağırlık belirlenerek bu ağırlıkların %80, %90 ve %100’leri kaydedildi. Egzersizden hemen sonra doktor kontrolünde uygulama grubuna sauna programı uygulandı. Kontrol ve uygulama gruplarına uygulanan antrenman sonrası, VAS skorları grup etkisi bağımsız düşünüldüğünde gruplar arasında anlamlı fark tespit edilmiştir. gruplar arasındaki 2, 3 ve 4. karşılaştırmalardaki değerler uygulama grupları açısından kontrol grubuna göre daha düşük seviyededir(p
