Hollanda'da Yaşlı Bakım Hizmetleri
Dünya genelinde yaşlı nüfusu, uzun dönem içerisinde, ciddi bir artış göstereceği görülmektedir. Özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkelerde yaşlı nüfusunun artışına paralel olarak emekli sayısının artması ve yaşam süresinin uzaması ekonomik olarak ülkeleri sürdürülebilir yeni politikalara sevk etmiştir. Hollanda artan yaşlı nüfusu ve bakım hizmetlerinin ekonomideki olumsuz etkileri sonucu 2007 yılından itibaren reformlara başladığı görülmektedir. Bu reformlar arasında; kurum bakımından evde bakım sistemine geçilmesi ve evde bakım hizmetlerinin belediyelere devredilerek ademi merkeziyetçi bir yapıya dönüştürülmesi önemli değişimler olarak görülmektedir. Hollanda’da yaşlı hizmetlerini, sosyal güvenlik sistemini ve yıllar içerisinde geçirmiş olduğu dönüşümleri yansıtmak makalenin odağını oluşturmakta olup aynı zamanda sosyal hizmet perspektifinden Hollanda yaşlı bakım hizmetleri incelenerek Türkiye’ de oluşturulabilecek yeni yaşlı politikalarına ve tartışmalarına katkı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır.

Elderly Care İn Netherland
Aging population in the worldwide is expected to show a significant increase over the long term. The increase of number of retirees and the prolongation of the life expectancy have economically led the countries to adopt a sustainable new policy that is making especially in developing countries. The negative impacts of the increasing aging population and care services in the Netherlands have resulted with reforms in 2007. Transforming from residential care to non-residential care and decentralization of the non-residential care to give new role to municipalities can be seen as important changes in these reforms. This study aims to examine the elderly care policies, social security systems and the transformation of the new roles of municipalities that have taken place over the years in the Netherland. Furthermore, in order to contribute to the future aged policies and debates about elderly care system in Turkey.
