Bu ara?tyrmanyn amacy, turizm ön lisans e?itimi alan üniversite ö?rencilerinin gastronomi turizmine yönelik tutum ve davrany?larynyn belirlenmesidir. The aim of this research is to determine the attitudes of students of tourism associate degree program toward gastronomy and their gastronomy-related behaviors. Using the general scanning model, the research was conducted on 298 students chosen on a random sample method from among students who attend the associate degree program of tourism at Selçuk University. The research data were obtained through a questionnaire form based on previous researches done on the same subject.
