Bu ara?tyrmanyn amacy, turizm ön lisans e?itimi alan üniversite ö?rencilerinin gastronomi turizmine yönelik tutum ve davrany?larynyn belirlenmesidir. Ara?tyrma, genel tarama modeli kullanylarak Selçuk Üniversitesine ba?ly turizm e?itimi veren ön lisans programlaryna devam eden ö?renciler arasyndan rastgele örneklem yöntemi ile seçilen 298 ö?renci üzerinde yürütülmü?tür. Gastronomy Tourism Attitudes of Students of Tourism Associate Degree Program and Determination of their Gastronomical Behaviors

The aim of this research is to determine the attitudes of students of tourism associate degree program toward gastronomy and their gastronomy-related behaviors. Using the general scanning model, the research was conducted on 298 students chosen on a random sample method from among students who attend the associate degree program of tourism at Selçuk University. The research data were obtained through a questionnaire form based on previous researches done on the same subject.
