Makro örgüt kuramlaryndan biri olan Kaynak Ba?ymlyly?y Kuramy, örgütlerarasy ili?kiler sonucu olu?masy muhtemel asimetrik ba?ymlylyk ve güç ili?kilerini ve bu ili?kilerin ne ?ekilde yönetilebilece?ini incelemektedir. Bu çaly?mada Türkiye'de faaliyet gösteren otel i?letmelerinin kaynak ba?ymlyly?y ile ba?a çykma stratejileri nicel veriler y?y?ynda de?erlendirilmi?tir. Buna göre, otel i?letmelerinin etki ve kontrol stratejileri ile örgütsel tasarym stratejilerini syklykla uyguladyklary, dy?sal ba?lantylar kurma stratejilerini ise uygulamadyklary görülmü?tür. Uygulanan iki stratejik faktörden, sadece etki ve kontrol stratejilerinin uygulanma e?ilimi, üst yönetimlerce algylanan kaynak ba?ymlyly?y düzeyini dü?ürmektedir.

Resource Dependence Theory, one of the macro organization theories, analyses the possible asymmetric dependence and power relations which may occur as a result of the relations depending on interorganizational resource and how these relations can be managed. In this study, the strategies of the hotel managements operating in Turkey to cope with resource dependence are evaluated in the light of quantitative data. Accordingly, it is observed that while hotel managements apply the effect and control strategies and organizational design strategies frequently, they do not apply external linkages establishing strategies. From the two applied strategic factors, only the tendency of application of effect and control strategies decrease the level of resource dependence perceived by top managements.
