Çaly?manyn amacy "i?letmelerin kalite yönetim sistemi belgesine sahip olma konusundaki beklentilerini ve belgelendirmeden sonra beklentilerinin ne derecede kar?ylanabildi?ini tespit etmektir". Çaly?manyn evrenini, Do?u ve Güneydo?u Anadolu Bölgeleri'nde faaliyet gösteren ihracatçy imalat sanayi i?letmeleri olu?turmaktadyr. Örnek olarak ise her bölgeden imalat sanayi i?yeri sayysy syralamasyna göre ilk be? içerisinde bulunan iller alynmy?tyr. Söz konusu illerde toplam 335 ihracat yapan imalat sanayi i?letmesi faaliyet göstermektedir. Çaly?ma, literatür tarama ve gözlem sonucunda olu?turulan anketin uygulanmasyyla tamamlanmy?tyr. Y?letmelerin 208'inden gelen anket formlary de?erlendirmeye alynmy?tyr. Ara?tyrma bulgularyndan i?letmelerin belgelendirmeye ili?kin beklentilerinin "yüksek" oldu?u, buna kar?yn beklentilerinin gerçekle?me düzeyinin ise "dü?ük" kaldy?y anla?ylmy?tyr.

The Expectations for Receiving Quality Management System Certificate from the Point of View of Exporter-Manufacturing Industries in Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia

The aim of the study was "to determine the expectation of the enterprises of receiving quality management system certificate and to what extent these expectations were met after the certification." The population of the study consisted of exporter-manufacturing industry enterprises in Eastern and South Eastern Anatolia Regions. The sampling of the study consisted of top five provinces from each region according to number of manufacturing industry organizations. In these provinces there are a total of 335 exporter-manufacturing industry enterprises. The study was completed by the administration of the questionnaire which was formed after literature review and observations. A total of 208 questionnaire forms that were sent from the enterprises were included in the study. It was found that the expectations of the enterprises of certification were "high"; however the realization level of their expectations was "low."
