Göktürklere kadar uzanan Türk - Rum münasebeti bazı dönemlerde artarak günümüzekadar devam etmiştir. Ta’lîm-i Lisân-ı Rumî Osmanlı Devleti döneminde iki dilliolarak yazılan bir Rumca öğretim kitabıdır.Biz bu çalışmamızda Ta’lîm-i Lisân-ı Rumî’den hareketle hem 19. yüzyıldaki Türk-Rum ilişkisinihem de Osmanlı Devleti tarafından Rumlara verilen eğitim serbestliğini ortaya koymayaçalışacak ve eseri değerlendireceğiz. Ayrıca kitaba hâkim olan yabancı dil öğretim yönteminitespit edecek ve bu yöntem hakkında bilgi vereceğiz

Relation of between Turkish and Greek which is prolonged to Köktürk has been cotinued until today by increasing definite time Ta’ lîm-i Lisân-ı Rumî is a Greek instruction book which was written in the Ottoman Empire by being two language. We will assess the work and determine both relation of between Turkish and Greek in XIX. century and freedom of instruction which was given by the Ottoman Empire in respect of Ta’ lîm-i Lisân-ı Rumî in this study. In addition we will determine foreign language instruction method which was dominate the book and give information about this method
