Klasik Çağatay Edebiyatının en önemli isimlerinden biri Bâbür’dür. Hem mensur hem de manzum eserleri bulunan Bâbür, Hanefi fıkhı hakkında Mübeyyen adlı bir mesnevi de kaleme almıştır. Dünya’daki farklı kütüphanelerde eserin toplam on yazma nüshası bulunmaktadır. Mübeyyen’in daha önce kaynaklarda hiç bahsedilmeyen bir nüshası da İsveç’te Lund Üniversitesi Jarring Koleksiyonunda keşfedilmiştir.

One of the most prominent names of Classic Cagatay Literature is Bâbur. Bâbur who has both poems and proses, wrote a poem called Mubayyan about Hanafiyyah law. Total ten copies of the poem are available at different libraries around the world. A copy of Mubayyan which hasn't been mentioned before in sources, has been discovered in Jarring Collection at Lund University Library in Sweden.In this paper, firstly Mubayyan and the collection including the copy have been mentioned generally. Then the copy has been introduced and wrong information about the copy in catalogue of the collection has been corrected. The annotations which are one of the most important features of the copy have been considered by examples. By detecting Uyghur elements in the copy in the light of these elements estimations about copyist have been expressed in conclusion part.
