GİRİŞİMCİLİK YÖNELİMİ VE ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİLERİN BELİRLENMESİ: TARIMSAL MEKANİZASYON İMALATÇISI İŞLETMELER BAĞLAMINDA BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Bu araştırmanın amacı, girişimcilik yönelimi ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesidir. Bu amaca yönelik olarak girişimcilik yönelimi boyutlarından proaktiflik, inovatifçilik ve risk alma ile örgütsel vatandaşlık değişkenleri olarak nezaket, diğerkamlılık, centilmenlik, vicdanlılık ve yurtdaşlık erdemi arasındaki ilişkiler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın teorik kısmında, girişimcilik yönelimi kavramı ve girişimcilik yönelimini oluşturan boyutlar hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Ardından örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı açıklanarak, örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının boyutları hakkında teorik bilgiler verilmiştir. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında ise ilk olarak araştırma değişkenlerinin ilişkilendirilmesi sürecinde bugüne kadar elde edilen teorik ve ampirik bulgular ortaya konulmuştur. Ardından da girişimcilik yöneliminin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ve boyutları üzerine etkisi olup olmadığının belirlenmesi amacıyla Aydın ilinde tarım makinaları sektöründe saha araştırması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma kısmında hazırlanmış bulunan anket formu Aydın ili Efeler ilçesinde faaliyet gösteren 10 tarım makinaları imalatçısı işletmede görev yapmakta olan 136 mavi yakalı çalışana uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada anket yöntemiyle elde edilen verilerin analizinde, tanımlayıcı istatistikler, faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi ile tekli ve çoklu regresyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulguların değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, girişimcilik yönelimi boyutlarından proaktifçi yaklaşımın, örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının diğerkamlık boyutunu negatif yönde, centilmenlik boyutunu da pozitif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Bir başka girişimcilik yönelimi boyutunu oluşturan risk alma istekliliğinin de örgütsel vatandaşlık boyutlarından diğerkamlık boyutunu negatif yönde, centilmenlik boyutunu pozitif bir şekilde etkilediği anlaşılmıştır.
