Following suggestions can be made as a result of this research for application and research: The responsibilities and duties of psychological counsellors that work in the private special education institutions should be clearer. The number of undergraduate special education lessons should be increased. Those that want to work at these institutions should at least have master degree and the content of these programs should be reformed considering needs. The psychological counselling services in these institutions should be regulated as rehabilitation counselling. Similar works should be done to establish problems and for precaution. The inservice training for psychological counsellors should be increased. This study was just done in Konya city. It is suggested that it should be applied in other cities, too
