Konya Bölgesindeki sincaplarda (Sciurus anomalus) Eimeria sp. (Apicomplexa: Eimeriidae)' nin yayılışı

Bu çalışmada Konya bölgesinde 13 sincaba (Sciurus anomalus) ait dışkı örnekleri coccidios yönünden incelenmiş ve 12’sinde (%92) iki farklı Eimeria sp. tespit edilmiştir. Birinci Eimeria sp.’nin sporlanmış ookisti elipsoiddir, 26,8x16,4 (30-24x19-14) $mu$ m, boy/en oranı 1,63 (1,8-1,6) $mu$ m; sporokistler ovoid şekilli, 14,2x7,2 (16-13x8-6) $mu$ m. İkinci Eimeria sp.’nin sporlanmış ookisti ovoiddir, 27,9x19 (33-25x21-15) $mu$ m, boy/en oranı 1,48 (1,7-1,3) $mu$ m; sporokistler ovoid şekilli, 13,9x7,3 (15-13x8-6) $mu$ m.

Distribution of Eimeria sp. (Apicomplexa: Eimeriidae)' nin yayılışı

In this study, fecal samples from 13 squirrels (Sciurus anomalus) in Konya region were examined for coccidia and two different Eimeria sp. were determined in twelve (92%) feces. Sporulated oocysts of first Eimeria sp. were elipsoid, 26,8x16,4 (30- 24x19-14) $mu$ m, length/width ratio 1,63 (1,8-1,6) $mu$ m; ovoid sporocyst 14,2x7,2 (16-13x8-6) $mu$ m. Sporulated oocysts of second Eimeria sp. were ovoid, 27,9x19 (33-25x21-15) $mu$ m, length/width ratio 1,48 (1,7-1,3) $mu$ m; ovoid sporocyst 13,9x7,3 (15-13x8-6) $mu$ m.
