Nükleer reaktörlerin tarihsel gelişimine kısaca değinilerek araştırma reaktörlerinin gelişimi incelendi. Araştırma reaktörlerinin önemi vurgulanarak Selçuk Üniversitesi Kampusu için ısıtma ve araştırma amaçlı reaktörün uygun olacağı sonucuna varıldı.

After a brief review of historical development of nuclear reactors, evolution of ,research reactors is discussed. Emphasizing the importance of research reactors, it was concluded that a nuclear reactor, which could be used for both heating and research purposes, would be suitable for the campus of Selçuk University.
