Florozisli Dişlerin Mikroabrazyon Ve Rezin İnfiltrasyon Yöntemi İle Tedavisi: Olgu Sunumu
Bu olgu sunumunun amacı; minimal invaziv bir yaklaşımla hastanın dental florozis nedeniyle oluşan estetik sorunların rezin inlfitrasyon sistemi ile tedavisini anlatmaktır.
Kliniğimize başvuran 31 yaşındaki bayan hastamıza öncelikle mikroabrazyon tedavisi yapılıp mine seviyesindeki çukurcuklar giderildikten sonra üretici talimatlarına uygun bir şekilde rezin infiltrasyon tedavisi uygulanmıştır.
Rezin infiltrasyon tedavisinden hemen sonra ve 6 aylık takibinde de hastayı memnun edici bir sonuç elde edildi. Bu tedavinin etkinliğini gözlemlemek, rezin infiltrasyonunun olumlu etkilerinin altı aydan daha uzun süre devam edip etmediğini belirlemek ve diğer florozis formlarının bu şekilde tedavi edilip edilemeyeceğini araştırmak için klinik olarak kontrollü çalışmaların yapılması gerekmektedir.
Treatment Of Teeth With Dental Florosis By Microabrasion And Resin Infiltration: Case Report
The purpose of this presentation presentation; To describe the treatment of structural system resin infiltration, consisting of dental fluorosis associated with a minimally invasive system.
Our 31-year-old female patient, who had previously been treated with bleacing but without satisfactory results, was first treated with microabrasion and after removing the pits at the enamel level on the diy surface, resin infiltration treatment was applied in accordance with the procedure.
This case report demonstrated a positive long-term (6 months) outcome. Clinically controlled studies are needed to observe the efficacy of this treatment, to determine whether the positive effects of resin infiltration persist for more than six months, and to investigate whether other forms of fluorosis can be treated in this way.
