Polikistik Over Sendromlu Hastalarda Laparoskopik Ovaryan Multineedle Intervention (LOMNI) yönteminin Hirsutizm, Adet Düzeni ve Hormon Düzeylerine Etkisi

Polikistik over sendromu, üreme çağındaki kadınların % 3-4'ünü etkiler. Hirsutizm yakınması olanların % 70'inde polikistik over sendromu bulunmaktadır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Polikistik over sendromu, Laparoskopik Ovaryan Drilling (LOD), Laparoskopik Ovaryan Multineedle Intervention (LOMNI) The Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Multineedle Intervention (LOMNI) Method on Hirsutism, Menstruation Cycle and Blood Hormon Levels in Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome affects about 3 – 4 % of the total women population in active reproductive period and this syndrome is also present in 70 % of people with hirsutism complaint. Laparoscopic ovarian drilling method is still widely in use for years in polycystic ovary syndrome treatment and also promises for the future. However post – operative adhesion formation has been observed in 85 % of patients as a potential complication. In this study, we present the preliminary results of a new laparoscopic tool which has been specially designed by us. Anovulatory patients with policystic ovary syndrome can be treated with less trauma and post – operative adhesion complication with this new method, in which the electricity is not used. In the present study, we aimed to evaluate the hormonal changes and other reflections of these changes like hirsutism and menstrual cycle disorders in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Keywords: Polycystic ovary syndrome, laparoscopic ovarian drilling, laparoscopic ovarian multineedle intervention (LOMNI).
