Menisküs lezyonlanmn tedavisinde güncel yaklaşım bu eşsiz yapıların olabildiğince korunması ve hatta restorasyonu yönündedir. Bu makalede, konu hakkındaki temel bilgiler menisküs tamir ve transplantasyonu hakkındaki son literatür eklenerek gözden geçirilmiştir. Current trend for the treatment of meniscal lesions is towards preserving and even restoration of this unique structure. In this article, basic knowledge on the subject is enriched with a review of the current literature on meniscus repair and transplantation.
