Abstract Current Approaches for Ambylopia Amblyopia is decrease in visual acuity despite no positive finding in ocular examination. The incidence of amblyopia is reported as 3.6% in societies with higher income, and much higher in lower income groups. This manuscript evaluates current concepts and treatment modalities of amblyopia. Key Words: Amblyopia, occlusion treatment.
