HASTANE VE SAĞLIK KURULUŞLARINDA KURUM İÇİ İLETİŞİM

Hastaneler iletişim süreçlerinin farklı biçimlerde yürütüldüğü karmaşık organizasyonlar olarak tanımlanır. Hastane çalışanları arasındaki iletişimin sağlıklı yürümesi öncelikli bir zorunluluktur. Bu süreç doğru işlediği takdirde, çalışanlar ile hastalar ve yakınları arasındaki iletişim istenilen düzeyde olabilecektir. Böylece hastanelerin ana görevi olan hastaların teşhis ve tedavi güvenliği için de çok önemli bir adım atılacaktır. Bu çalışmada hastane çalışanlarının kendi aralarındaki iletişim süreçleri tüm boyutları ile incelenmiştir. Hastanelerde doktorlar, tıbbi süreçlerde görev alanlar ile idari, mali ve teknik çalışanlar olarak çok farklı yapılardaki kişilerin görev yaptığı göz önüne alındığında aralarındaki iletişimin sorunsuz yürümesinin güçlüğü ve önemi daha iyi görülecektir. İletişim süreçleri hastane günlük çalışma ortamında yaşanabilecek örnekler ile desteklenerek içerik kolaylığı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Süreçlerin yürütümünde karşılaşılan engeller de sözü edilen örnekler ile birlikte ele alınmıştır. İletişim engellerinin nedenleri üzerinde ayrıntılı durulmuş ve nihayetinde engellere karşı alınabilecek önlemler hakkında öneriler ve açıklamalar yapılmıştır. Son olarak hastanelerde kurum içi iletişimin önemi ve iyileştirilmesi için öneriler sıralanmıştır.
