COVID-19 ve Gebelik: Güncel Literatür Taraması

Son yüzyılın en fazla ölüme neden olan pandemisi olarak kayıtlara geçen COVID-19 salgını, tüm önlemlere rağmen halen önüne geçilebilmiş değildir. Özellikle riskli gruplarda mortalite oranı yüksek pnömoni tablosu oluşturur. Bu yüzden yeni koronavirüse karşı geliştirilecek tedavi stratejileri hayati önem taşımaktadır. Üst solunum yolu enfeksiyonlarına hassas olan gebelerde tedavi yaklaşımı hakkındaki veriler halen yetersizdir. Bu çalışmada gebelerde, fetusta ve yenidoğan bebeklerde COVID-19’un etkilerini ve kısa dönem sonuçları literatür bilgileri derlenip tartışılmıştır.
