تقييم مهارات التفاﻋل الشفوي ﻓﻲ مواقع تﻌليم اللغﺔ الﻌربيﺔ ﻋن بﻌﺪ للناطقين بغيرها

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بناء قائمة معايير لمهارات التفاعل الشفهي لمتعلمي اللغة العربية من غير الناطقين بها حسب مراجع تدريس اللغة اﻷجنبية، وتقييم مواقع تعليم اللغة وفقا لهذه القائمة. وتسعى الدراسة إلى اﻹجابة عن اﻷسئلة: ما هي معايير تقييم مهارة التفاعل الشفوي على مواقع تعليم اللغة العربية عبر التعلم عن بعد لغير الناطقين بها؟ وما مدى تحقق هذه المعايير في المواقع التي تعلم العربية عن بعد للناطقين بغيرها. ونهجت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف نتائج الدراسة للعينة العشوائية من المواقع اﻹلكترونية وتحليلها. وتوصلت إلى نتائج من أهمها: هناك ضعف في التفاعل الشفهي في تعلم العربية عن بعد بسبب: (أ) انخفاض مستوى اﻻتصال المتزامن في معظم مواقع الويب (ب) عدم بناء معظم المواقع اﻹلكترونية هيكﻼً واضحًا لتفاعل المتعلمين على مستوى التصميم التعليمي والمنهجية (ج) عدم تقديم مهام وواجبات تعليمية تعاونية (د) تدني توفير فرص التدريب على اﻻتصال الشفوي

Evaluating the oral interaction skills in online Arabic language teaching websites for non-native speakers

This study aims to build a list of oral interaction skill standards for non- native learners of Arabic according to foreign language teaching references. Study question: What are the criteria for evaluating the skill of oral interaction on websites teaching the Arabic language via distance learning to non-native speakers? Methodology: The descriptive-analytical approach is used to describe and analyze the results of the study for the random sample of websites. Results: There is a weak degree of oral interaction in distance learning due to : (a) Low level of simultaneous communication in most websites (b) Most of the websites did not build a clear structure for the interaction of their learners (c) The websites did not offer collaborative teaching assignments (d) The websites did not provide an opportunity for training in oral communication.
